I will wait for you in Matera. The owners live inside the structure, there will always be someone available to solve any problem that may arise.

Property information

In the center of Matera, the apartment is a newly renovated apartment consisting of 2 double bedrooms with two internal bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and washing machine. The perfect place for a family or to grant privacy to two couples of friends. Access is with Self Check-in. The air conditioning and heating system is on the floor. UNLIMITED WIFI WITH FIBER. Paid parking spaces on site: you can choose between a private garage with a shutter at a cost of 15 euros per day or, alternatively, there are 3 private parking spaces (uncovered) at a cost of 10 euros per day. Equipped outdoor patio. Distance of 150 meters from the entrance of the Sassi. The structure is in compliance with all current legislative provisions. We are happy to accommodate animals (extra cost: 20 euros per stay).

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the heart of the city 100 meters from the central square, 150 meters from the Sassi entrance, 200 meters from a supermarket, 150 meters from a pharmacy. On the other side of the road is the Papa Paolo Giovanni II Park, a place surrounded by greenery where you can spend a few hours in total relaxation. The most important monuments are easily reachable on foot at a very short distance. Within 800 meters there are dozens of restaurants, rotisseries and bars. The real strength of the structure is the location. Located in the heart of the city, all amenities are easily accessible on foot without having to use the car. Sassi, monuments, museums, tourist points, experience workshops are all within reach.
