Recently renovated and inserted in the tourist context in January 2020, our apartment surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Matera is only 1km away from Borgo La Martella, about 5km from the city center and the Sassi di matera. At the entrance a corridor leads to the two double bedrooms with private bathroom finely furnished in a modern key, while in the living area there is a lounge with kitchen, TV and dining room. Outside a large equipped terrace where you can observe the fantastic city skyline and a tree-lined courtyard surrounded by green countryside where you can park comfortably.
It has always been my dream to restructure and revalue the place where my father carried out his agricultural activity, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by cultivated land. The proximity to the city, and the convenience to reach the famous Sassi di Matera, prompted me to make the apartment available to guests who want to visit the city Capital of Culture 2019 without sacrificing comfort and relaxation.
just 1 km away is Borgo La Martella, which has played an important role in the history of the Sassi Di Matera, here you will find some essential services such as supermarket, post office, bank, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, play areas and the parish of San Vincenzo de 'Paoli. in about 10 minutes you will reach the main points of interest in the city such as the historic center, the Sassi, churches and museums. in the structure there is a large wooded parking for the exclusive use of our guests. A few kilometers away are the best places in Puglia such as (Alberobello, Polignano, Porto Cesareo, Pulsano, etc.) while from the Ionian side we find the beaches of Metaponto, Policoro, Montegiordano, etc..
