This is a two bedroom individual house. Two bedrooms with blankets and linens. Two bathrooms with storage geysers for hot water all the time and toiletries. A modular kitchen with a gas cooktop, a water purifier, a refrigerator, a microwave, cookware, crockery, cutlery and a hot water kettle. A dining room, a living room , a fenced private backyard and a front yard for parking.
The house is located in Brooklands, a prime residential area in Coonoor. The house is right next to Orchid square boutique hotel. The house is on the way to view points, Lamb's rock and Dolphin's nose. Restaurants, Pubs, Super markets, Petrol stations, Hospitals etc are around a kilometre from the house. Bedford, the centre of town is a kilometre from the house. The Coonoor bus station and the Coonoor railway station are less than three kilometres from the house. Most of the view points around Coonoor are just a few minutes drive from the house. Sim's park: a sprawling public garden and a botanical retreat founded in 1874. Lamb's rock: a view point of the views of the plains and the estates. Dolphin's nose: a vantage point of the views of the cascading Catharine falls, etc are a 15 to 30 minutes drive from the house. A Bus stop and an Auto stand is just a minute from the house. Swiggy delivers home.
