Lievera 2 is located five minutes walk from the harbor where all boats arrive and the party scene rages. Its a five minute walk from Sunrise Beach which is the best beach for swimming and snorkeling on the island. Lievera 2 is on a beautiful shady, tree lined lane.The bungalows are brand new - opening in December 2016. The style of the bungalows is based on traditional Lombok architecture with thatched roofs and beautiful teak wood from the Lombok jungle. The grounds of the bungalows are covered with local tropical flowers and plants from Lombok island. The Lievera 2 bar is a great place to relax and meet people and the owner who is an ex DJ at festivals around the world has an excellent music collection that spans all genres and several decades. The second floor rooms all have open air bathrooms so you can shower under the stars.There is a garden area complete with outside shower to cool off if you need it. Lievera 2 is the new venture of the very successful Lievera Bungalows which is a few minutes away.The aim of Lievera 2 is to provide a step up experience from the original Lievera for young people with nicer rooms and bathrooms and a more festive party atmosphere.
Ken the owner has recently settled on Gili Trawangan after traveling the world for many years. He has managed three Top Ten bands, worked for the UN on several continents and DJ-ed at festivals around the world. He has many stories to tell - but only if you want to hear them.
Lievera 2 is conveniently located five minutes walk from the harbor and the Night Market - the area to be in on Gili Trawangan at night. The bungalows are a five minute walk from Sunrise Beach which is the best beach for swimming and snorkeling on the island. Lievera 2 is on a beautiful shady, tree lined lane and is situated in the quiet back streets of Gili Trawangan where you really experience tranquil local island life. Yet within a few minutes stroll you can be at the beach or a thumping Deep House/Electro party
