This traditional Balinese villa features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a large roofed-terrace, spacious garden and nature surrounding. It can sleep four adults comfortably. The home also has: - Private parking - Smart TV with Netflix - Hot water - WiFi Please note, the remoteness of this home may be a surprise to some. It is a very private accommodation. As the road to the property is not listed on Google Maps, you will need to have your taxi driver take you to "D'Sari Undisan Villas". From there, ask for Komang Dego who will escort you to the nearby property. Many of our guests love the seclusion and see it as one of the key attributes to a stay in our village.
Upon arriving, you will meet Komang Dego. The third brother in a large Balinese family. Komang will assist you with everything you could need during your stay. His wife, Yeni, will also be available for assistance.
Around the neighborhood, you'll be immersed in genuine Balinese culture. With four temples within 5 minutes of the property, you'll likely be invited to experience a Balinese Hindu ceremony up close. Although the house is secluded, hidden on the edge of a valley and bordering a forest, there are still a handful of local neighbors in the area who will always greet you with a smile. The village is in the Balinese countryside, therefore most families have their own pig farm, rice fields, or chicken/cattle. The closest neighbors have pigs, chickens, and ducks which frequent the property. There are waterfalls abound, with three being around 10 minutes from the property -- and that only includes the ones on Google Maps. You can hike into the forest and down into the valley to find a secret unmapped waterfall, but we advise asking a local to accompany you. The village sits in the foothills of the majestic Mount Agung which can be seen on a clear day from various vantage points around the area. Although it can't be seen from the house, you don't have to hike very far along the subak (rice field water channel) which is bordering the property to see the mountain in all its glory.
