Villa Tania is a private gated home located in the quaint Serraiki Akti area close to Asprovalta, where you can enjoy beautiful mountain and sea views. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need to have an unforgettable beach vacation. Steps away from the beach and a short drive from restaurants and shops, it is perfect for groups or families. This vacation home contains all the comforts of your own home: A/C unit on each floor, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, charcoal barbecue, LED TV, high speed WiFi, full sets of towels/linens, beach umbrellas, private parking for one car. Proximity to the Beach: Situated a mere 300 meters from the sea, guests can take a stroll along the coastline to enjoy beautiful views of the Strymonian Gulf. A variety of beach bars can be reached with a short bike ride or 5 minute car ride. Beach Equipment Available for Guest Use: • Beach chairs • Beach towels • Beach umbrellas • Sand toys

Quiet, safe neighbourhood that has the nearby proximity to shops, restaurants, beach bars in Asprovalta and Stavros. A car is recommended for touring around the region. One parking space is available on the property. Two bicycles will be available to our guets to use during their stay. Attractions: • Asprovalta - 5 minute drive • Stavros - 15 minute drive • Olympiada - 30 minute drive • Ammolofoi Beach – 45 minute drive • Thessaloniki - 1 hr drive • Kavala - 1 hr drive • Chalkidiki - 1.5 hr drive
