Property information

Villa Maïa is a 200sqm private property with a large pool and garden. It is built on a 6800 sqm land in a peaceful area. The biggest part of the garden is planted with 70 olive groves. There are nice mountains and sea views. The house is modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities to offer you a pleasant stay!! On the sea side there is a private pool of 50 m² with a large surrounding area while right next to it, there is a covered barbecue area. On the ground floor there are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and has many cupboards and all the necessary electrical appliances. Upstairs, we find two very spacious bedrooms, each of which has an en-suite bathroom and exit to western balconies with mountain and sea views. Air conditioning and free WiFi. 5 minutes drive (2 kms) there is a long sandy beach, together with 2 supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gas station, shops, pharmacy, Doctor, car rentals, Excursions & Tours Desk, horse riding etc. Furthermore, within 10 minutes drive there is the picturesque small town of Georgioupolis, where you will find all kinds of shops and services. Lake Kournas is 15 minutes drive , the pretty and lively town of rethymnon is 20 minutes drive,Chania is 35 minutes drive. Closest airport is Chania (40min drive) or Heraklion (1h30)
