Location, Location! With exquisite views of the Aegean Sea, the White House Beach Villa sits in an unparalleled location with a Private Pool and only a 5 minute walk to a secluded, sandy beach with seasonal lifeguard. The property boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 well appointed bathrooms (one en suite) plus an additional WC. Individually controlled air conditioning is available in each room including the living spaces. The kitchen has a cooking island with expansive views and is fully equipped with a wide of selection of appliances for the most enthusiastic cooks! There are two indoor dining areas, a reception room as well as a large living room with pool table. There is an inground pool with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a large, peaceful garden for relaxing. Terraces off of the reception room and kitchen are perfect for al fresco dining or drinks. You will be close to a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and local fish markets, butchers and bakeries. A car is recommended for your visit. There is on street, unrestricted parking for your convenience. 25 mins from Athens Airport, 35 mins to central Athens and a mile to the Port of Rafina.
