Welcome to the Rooster's House Wake up to the nature's alarm! The rooster's house is located on the main square of Spili village next to the famous fountain with the lion heads and the eternal plane trees. The building where the property is, is over 200 years old and here is where the first motel of the village used to be. Experience modern living in this newly renovated two-storey apartment located at the back of the building. Decorated with light colours and modern furniture, this apartment can accommodate up to two people. The ground floor features a cosy living room with a sitting area, a small fridge, and coffee making facilities. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and comes with a walk-in shower. An internal stairway leads to the upper floor where the bedroom is located, complete with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi coverage throughout. Guests can also enjoy the views of the village from the outdoor furnished patio located right next to the apartment's entrance.

During your stay I will be more than happy to help you any time you need my help and give you all the information you may need about the area.
The Rooster's House is a charming accommodation situated in the heart of Spili village, offering a prime location overlooking the main square. Guests will be captivated by the stunning view of the renowned fountain "Kefalovrisi," featuring a series of 25 intricately carved lion heads that continuously release crystal clear water. The village square is adorned with majestic plane trees, providing a tranquil setting to savor a delightful meal or refreshing beverage at one of the numerous cafes and restaurants. Conveniently, Spili boasts an array of amenities including shops, supermarkets, a medical center, post office, ATMs, and an abundance of cafes and taverns. Moreover, the Rooster's House serves as an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking beaches of the southern coast of Crete, all within a short 20-30 minute drive. For those with a rental car, the public parking of the village is conveniently located only 200m from the property.
