This luminous property is a typical example of Mani architecture, in particular, it is a historic building of the 19th century that housed local baths. Completely renovated keeping the authentic Mani philosophy with its main stone base while covering all the modern needs of the holidaymakers. Inside (175cm2) of the house there are 3 independent levels including 4 large bedrooms and separate bathrooms with constant hot water supply (there are 2 bathtubs and a shower) and laundry facilities The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, oven, microwave, cooker, etc. The property is next to the sea where you can really enjoy the breathtaking views, with total privacy at any time of the day. On all balconies the view is unique, combining the roughness of the Laconian land with the sweetness of the sea that truly 'licks' the property, the location giving you the opportunity to surrender to the unique shades of the sunset, it is worth adding that the patios spaces are large (about 170cm2) airy and bathed in light.
It is 5 km from the picturesque Areopolis, which offers many quality dining options (food, entertainment, drink). Just 500 meters from one of the most impressive parts of Mani - Limeni, with its crystal blue waters and famous fish taverns. Finally, within 300 meters there is an organized beach where all the beach amenities are provided.
