Sun Moon Villas have a nostalgic appeal, filled with vintage village charm and whitewashed walls, whilst cool lighting add flourishes of allure to this splendid hideaway. The Villas are part of the complex Sun Moon Villas which includes two independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities, private entrances & pools. *The two Villas can also be rent together for families or group of friends if wished, as there is a connecting door for easy access between the two Villas. Introducing the Sun Moon Villa I This captivating home lays in 115m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 20m2 private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep) and an outdoor shower. The Villa boasts four bedrooms & three en-suite bathrooms, plus a shared bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. Introducing the Sun Moon Villa II This captivating home lays in 80m² outdoor area and is embellished with a private heated swimming pool (1,25 meters deep) and two outdoor showers. The Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en-suite bathrooms, plus a shared bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up 6 guests in real beds. One extra guest can be accommodated at the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is 7 guests. Pool Heating Policy: - The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. - 2 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 27 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 40 euros per day for each day of use. - Pool heating can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required. - Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. - In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Location Overview Sun Moon Villas are located in Atsipades village, a small, yet picturesque village very close to Plakias that is set towards the centre of a large bay enclosed within the arms of mountains. In the nearby village of Koxare, guests can find a canteen. Plakias is a popular tourist resort and can be found 20 minutes away from the villa by car. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, it now offers a range of amenities. Plakias is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling. Plakias makes a good starting point for walks along the coast to Souda, or up into the encircling hills to other villages such as Sellia or Mirthios, which boasts spectacular sea views out to sea. A good coastal motor track runs west beyond Plakias, leading to Souda, Rodakino, Frangokastello and Sfakia beaches.
