The house is located in a very quiet street within the village just a few minutes walk from the main square, there are mini markets, butchers, taverns and restaurants, traditional cafes and coffee shops. At the same time, it is located in a valuable tourist area, just 10 minutes by car from the famous beaches of Matala and Kommos, but also the beach of Kalamaki. Very close are also very important archaeological heritage sites, such as the ancient city of Phaistos and Gortyna. The close proximity of the mountains of Psiloritis to the north and Asterousia to the south provides easy access to hiking trails, mountain bike trails and road trips to the magnificent Libyan Sea
