“Romanza” is an excellent choice for both couples and families who wish to relax on their vacation. The establishment is located in the centre of a traditional Cretan village and offers a 55 m2 terrace with a spectacular clear view to the nearby villages and the olive groves of Kournás all the way to the sea. A fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, tv, internet connection and air-conditioning will provide the guests, a comfortable stay during their holidays. Brand new and high-quality mattresses will ensure a comfortable sleep. Finally, upon arrival, guests will have the opportunity to taste some local snacks and beverages.
My name is Stavros and I grew up in the city of Chaniá, where I currently reside. I am 30 years old and for the past few years I am working as a strength & conditioning coach in football clubs and as a strength coach in a personal training facility. I wish you enjoy your vacation and collect many beautiful memories!
“Romanza” is located at the center of Kournás, a semi-mountainous village of the Chaniá prefecture. A few meters away from the residence, guests can find a mini market, traditional restaurants and cafes. Only 8 minutes away by car, the visitor can arrive at the nearest beach (Kavrós). Due to its proximity to both Chaniá and Réthymno, visitors can easily organize daily excursions to visit the cities as well as the countless, wonderful beaches of Crete. Merely, 5km away the visitor can find Kournás lake, the only natural lake of Crete, have breakfast or lunch and enjoy a ride with a sea bike or a canoe. Hiking enthusiasts will find trails of exceptional beauty and rich fauna. Not only at Kournás but in the surrounding villages too, visitors can get acquainted with the traditional Cretan cuisine. Finally, in Kavrós there are plenty of opportunities for nightlife entertainment.
