Property information

Polis' House is a two-storey building with 6 separate apartments, all equiped with their own kitchen area, bathroom and a balcony. It's located off-centre of the village of Paralia Vrasna in a peaceful neighbourhood with its own garden where guests can enjoy themselves, play with their children, sunbathe or even barbeque! It's a two-minute walk from the beach and close by to the village's shops, restaurants and cafès. Free WIFI is offered in the premises. The rooms are equiped with A/C, satellite TV, fridge, basic cooker (no oven),kettle, pots and pans and kitchenware. You can prepare and enjoy your meals in your own balcony table. The garden is available to all guests, providing there is mutual respect to everyone's needs. There is also a smaller back yard. In case of a delayed departure, you can leave your luggage in a private space and use the facilities (shower and toilet), of course free of charge!

Neighbourhood information

Polis' House is located ideally in a quiet area, within walking distance from main facilities, such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A great vacation spot between Asprovalta and Stavros, but also near other beautiful places of the area. A lot of our guests enjoy mainly swimming and hiking, since the mountain is at a close range. If you like clubbing, you are in the perfect spot because you'll be staying in a quiet area, but close to every entairtaiment venue! It's a five-minute drive from Asprovalta, Vrasna and Stavros. The whole bay is full of beach bars, cafès and restaurants where you can enjoy the seaview. It's also very close to archaeological sites of the area, such as ancient Stagira and Amphipolis. Thessaloniki is a 45-minute drive via highway.
