My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. My aim is to help the homeowners to manage their vacation properties to their full advantage and guests to relax and have the finest holiday experience with 24/7 service providing advice and information for all their concerns throughout their stay. Physis Villas are each 210 sqm ensuite 4 bedroom luxury bungalow located in Pigi Village within walking distance to bakeries, tavernas cafes and a short drive of 4km to the Adelianos Kampos beach. Each villa accommodates 8 guests in beds with the following amenities available:excellent 180 mbps+ WI-FI, walk-in heated (extra charge) swimming pool, inflatable toys, ping pong table, bluetooth speakers in each room, landscaped outdoor area with fully stacked BBQ area. Child friendly amenities include: complimentary baby cot & highchair, shallow river from the pool, playground. The Villas are perfect for adult couples & families with small children. Elderly groups with limited walking abilities will find the villa comfortable as the one floor includes walk-in showers and pool. Holidays at Physis villas can be very relaxing as the cafes, tavernas, and mini market are all within walking distance. Excellent area for walks, bike rides or simply enjoying the outdoors of the villa. The villa is a short 10 min car ride to the shopping, restaurants & bars in the Old Town of Rethymno. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is located in Pigi village and its location gives you the advantage to reach all necessary daily amenities on foot. In the village one may find a few taverns, super market, bakery, butcher, traditional cafe, as well as a pharmacy. Additionally, a playground, basketball and football courts are available in the village, very close to the Villa. Furthermore, the picturesque old town just 10 minutes away by car or the bus.
