Newly renovated first floor in a peaceful house in the middle of a 3 acres field with trees that offer seasonal fruits most of the year. There is plenty of space in the garden and in the common spaces to relax and enjoy the view of the Euobean gulf. The entrance of the first floor is throw an outside staircase. It consists of two bedrooms with view of the sea and the village bellow, a bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. In the field you can find various trees among olives, lemons ,grapes etc.
