I visited Volos for one night in order to take part in the 8th Half Marathon. The location was 200m from the starting point, right next to the port parking facility (very helpful should you arrive by car) and right on the sea front promenade. For what I was charged for a couple for one night, both the room and the breakfast really did exceed all my epectations. Since I was running the next morning, I kindly asked for a half hour extension for our room vacating time and the lady at the reception graciously allowed us this extra time.

We loved everything about the hotel, it’s modern, very clean, new, very well designed, nice rooms, big terrace, comfortable bed, great breakfast. All the employees were extremely polite and friendly. About 15-20 min walk to the center.

Brakefast was more than satisfactory..variety- and quality-wise. No complaints of my stay whatsoever!.Even though my room was close to the bar, and us being sensitive to noise, we were not bothered at all!. If you like waking , there is a long pedestrian area next to the see! Beautiful hotels with the sea views! Volos is a great city to visit. It’s situated on the water and is conveniently located to the beach. It has a great boardwalk with a good variety of cafes! A walkable city with good shopping, bars, and restaurants! Volos is close to Pelion which has amazing views! Definitely worth a trip!
The flat is central, but quiet as it faces the backyard and is everything completely new and super clean with a warm atmosphere. We needed to find an apartment last minute due to some trip changes and even though i booked it 2 hours before the check in starts, the communication was super fast and the check in on time. We traveled with a baby and the flat was comfy and had what we needed. My husband said it’s the nicest apartment he saw during traveling in Greece. We will definitely book again this place.
The hostess Natasha was EXTREMELY friendly and easy to contact both through booking and whatsapp. She speaks english fluently and even gave us a map and recommended us places to visit in Pelione as well as areas to eat in Volos. The place itself was comfortable and in a pretty good location not too far from the center of town and the city's nightlife. We were able to find pretty good parking on the same street and the hostess even contacted us when she thought we forgot something at the room.
I find the staff at the Xenia Volou so warm and welcoming. I ask for a quiet room in advance and am always given one where I can relax and unwind. The breakfast environment is wonderful, the dining room is light and bright with sea views and the spread of food caters for all tastes and is excellent. The coffee is superb! The hotel is within easy walking distance of Vólos city centre but escapes the city noise.
This is completely renovated flat that has everything that you may need in short, or long staying in Volos. Everything inside the flat is new and artistic. This is the best apartment we had in Volos. It is on 4th floor with elevator and security door. Nicely situated, in safe part, and 10 min walk from the heart of the city. Free street parking is easy for those with a car. communication with Eva was superb.
The location was close to the center of Volos (less than 10 minutes walk), in a very quite area. Mini market situated within 2 minutes walk. It was clean, spacious, exactly how it looks in the pictures!!!
The host was very helpful, whenever needed information for the house. For example when I needed the code for the Wifi his/her respond was immediate!!!
Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was fantastic with smart features and a great view of Volos port and sea. The location is excellent just a few meters from the pedestrian area and a lot of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of food.
Location is excellent, at the beginning of pedestrian zone by the sea, and right in front of Volos port. Highly recommended for everyone who travel by ferry. Our host was very helpful and kind, even served very early breakfast for us. We would be glad to visit this place again!
We arrived while the storm Daniel disrupted the city. The hotel staff did every effort to make the stay comfortable. Heroes. They managed to keep the generator working, filling it with petrol all day long. They keep providing food while no supply was availlable. Appreciated!
We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade, but rooms were already very big. Breakfast was very nice and with a variety for goods for anyone. The location of the hotel was very nice, near Volos and near the sea. Parking was also sufficient, although the hotel was quite full.
