To Penelope Apartment είναι μια παραθεριστική κατοικία που διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη, 1 καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο με ντους, βεράντα και κήπο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 3 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 πολυθρόνα- κρεβάτι. Προσφέρει δωρεάν WI-FI , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, κλιματιστικό , πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα, πλυντήριο ρούχων και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.
Είμαι η Αλεξάνδρα και λόγω της μακροχρόνιας εμπειρίας μου στην διαχείριση ακινήτων προσφέρω επιπλωμένα καταλύματα σε φιλοξενούμενους για την ευχάριστη διαμονή τους για τις διακοπές τους στην όμορφη Πρέβεζα.
Το κατάλυμα απέχει μόλις 50μ από την οργανωμένη παραλία Αλωνάκι και 1 χλμ. από την Κυανή Ακτή. Επίσης στα 50μ υπάρχει οικογενειακή ταβέρνα με ελληνική κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι, αν και τα γραφικά στενά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Πρέβεζας απέχουν μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο όπου εκεί οι επιλογές είναι πάρα πολλές.
