Perfect location, brand new fully renovated apartment. Good amenities for a few days, automated way to reach the apartment. Free Parking is really good for Arta. I would choose it again nevertheless in the future (I do come a lot, just crowded in my house there and needed to stay in another place with wife).

Hope we'll come back for leisure, the conference we went to didn't leave us enough time to enjoy the place, and area to their full extent (except for the famous and beautiful bridge of Arta mentioned its poem)!
The apartment was great! I visited during the heatwave and it felt like a small oasis. The people were super helpful. Although there is a private parking available I didn’t use it cause I found an available spot just outside the building. Close to the center, close to everything.
I Have relatives in Arta and I made sure to let them know how happy I was with my accommodations. My next stay will be there again when I’ll visit again.
It is the second time I stay in this hotel and the value for money is always unbelievable. The environment around the hotel is really beautiful and calm. The rooms are really big and comfortable. The owners of the hotel are always helpful. They kindly shared their dinner with me. The parking in front of the hotel is very useful.

This is a really nice apartment in the heart of Arta. It was thoughtfully decorated, comfortable and modern. The kitchen is really well equipped, with lovely touches such as coffee and tea. It was the perfect place for a stop over. Highly recommend.
Very nice hotel with full amenities, just outside Arta, but conviniently situated. The swimming pool was very refreshing upon our arrival. The staff was very polite and keen to assist. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet.
