    “Πραγματικα value for money. Τίμια κατοικία στο κέντρο του χωριού. Φιλοξενηθηκαμε ανετα 6 ατομα. Πεντακάθαρες παραλίες σε απόσταση 5'-7' λεπτων απόσταση με τα πόδια. Ωραίες ψαροταβερνες πάνω στην θάλασσα. Τα πάρκινγκ εντός της αυλής βοήθησαν πολύ.”

Το Nikis house ειναι ενα ανετο, απλο και καθαρο σπιτι στο κεντρο του Σκουταριου με μεγαλη αυλη. Η αποσταση απο τις οργανωμενες παραλιες του Σκουταριου με τα κρυσταλλινα νερα ειναι 400μ περιπου. Η μονοκατοικια μας, βρισκεται κοντα στην πλατεια του χωριου, σε ησυχη γειτονια και το mini market ειναι 80 μ περιπου αποσταση , γεγονος που εξυπηρετει τις εκτακτες αναγκες σας, που παντα προκυπτουν στις διακοπες. Το Nikis house διαθετει 3 θεσεις σταθμευσης που βρισκονται εντος της ιδιοκτησιας, χαρακτηριστικο πολυ θετικο, ιδιαιτερα τους καλοκαιρινους μηνες, που το χωριο μας γεμιζει απο επισκεπτες. Το σπιτι ειναι πληρως επιπλωμενο και εξοπλισμενο διαθετοντας οτι χρειαζεται για την ανετη παραμονη σας. Τα κατοικιδια σας ειναι φυσικα ευπροσδευκτα. Η διαμονη σας στο Nikis house θα σας μεινει αξεχαστη, καθως συνδυαζει τις διακοπες οπως παλια, χωρις ομως περιορισμο στις συγχρονες ανεσεις.
Το ονομα μου ειναι Νικη και η καταγωγη μου ειναι απο την Ανατολικη Μανη. Ζω πλεον μονιμα στην Αθηνα με την οικογενεια μου και οι υποχρεωσεις δεν μου επιτρεπουν πολυημερες διακοπες. Αυτος ειναι και ο λογος που σκεφτηκα να διαθεσω την κατοικια. Ελπιζω να εχετε μια ευχαριστη διαμονη.
