' Monato Luxury apartments' are located on the famous, blue flag beach of ' Kathisma ', above the well known ' Monato restaurant ' . Each 40 sqm studio apartment consists of an open space and seperate bathroom. Each is furnished with a double bed, vanity, wardrobe, a small fridge to keep your drinks nice and cool and a smart TV. The open space leads out on to a blacony with table and chairs, overlooking the sea with an incredible, breathtaking view. There is also a private parking space for our guests. Breakfast and sunbeds are provited to our guests by ' Monato restaurant ' included in the rental price. Monato is a very well known restaurant both to locals and visitors to this island. It is set above the beach with a view of all the natural beauty, sea and surroundings. A unique place to enjoy your stay and make unforgettable memories!
Kathisma is arguably one of the most beautiful, blue flag beaches with fine white sand and sparkling turqoise blue waters on Lefkada isalnd, which is located 17 km southeast of the main town, and within a short distance to the village of Agios Nikitas. Kathisma beach is a hive of activity with restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Throughout the length of the beach visitors will find organised sunbeds with drink and food service allocated to each club,cafe and restaurant. This is an absolutely unique place to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. A common spectacle is watching the paragliders flying overhead, an experienced not to be missed.
