Modern and classic elements combine giving a unique character to the space, creating a calming atmosphere as no other. This 45 sqr meter beauty is designed and equipped with everything a guest might ever want.Suitable for couples, individual travelers as well as guests for whom privacy, intimacy and a comfortable stay are the priority of their trip. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay!

Neighbourhood information

The house extremely well located, being just 50 meters off the coastal promenade and the forthcoming Dermatas Beach, inside of the Venetian city walls. The apartment is 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport and everything you might need is within walking distance. You are on the seafront within one minute and from there it’s a lovely ten minute walk east to the old port, the Museums and the historic center with its many cafes and restaurants. If you walk into town, a ten minute walk takes you to the busy shopping lane of Kalokairinou and to one of the main bus stations Chanioporta, for easy day trips to discover other parts of the island. 20 minutes walk westwards along the coast will take you to the beginning of the long beach of Ammoudara, which also has sun beds, umbrellas and tavernas a little further on. The immediate area around the house is a very rustic old part of town. It is full of narrow lanes and street murals; old women sitting chatting new, old and some almost falling down houses/ruins where the cats sunbathe, - typical of an authentic Greek neighborhood.
