Studio is located on a farm of 8 acres, only 2 hours from Athens by car through the bridge of Chalkida. The breathtaking views and the utter serenity, offer unforgettable moments of enjoyment and relaxation from the terrace and the infinity pool that connects with the skyline and the surrounding villages. The spot is a focal point because it is close to the most beautiful beaches of the Aegean, such as Stomio, Mourteri, Korasida, Kalamos, Kymi, Agios Mercourios, Thapsa, Tsilero and others.
Melilofos Studio is a self-contained small house with a private entrance next to the farm villa. In the studio there is an open space and a bathroom with shower. In the open space, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa that becomes a double bed, a large double bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with dvd player and a collection of movies. The tenants of the studio have the right to use the outdoor areas, as well as the guests of a maisonette and the two owners who live on the farm, namely: -The pool with sunbeds. _The patio-grill in which there is a gas grill and a seating area. _The seating area around the pond. _The car park. Our philosophy is to reduce the ecological and energy footprint. Thus, energy needs are met by renewable energy sources, photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. Free washing machine and dryer in the facilities on demand. Heating is provided by arrangement and for an extra charge.
In the surrounding area there are many springs, rivers with plane trees, Byzantine churches, monasteries, medieval monuments, the well known source of the Colethra, wildlife refuge, the Oxylithus hill with panoramic views of the Aegean, the port of Kimi and many other sights we can suggest to you. The surrounding area offers horse riding (surcharge), water sports facilities, organized climbers. The area is ideal for walks in nature and day trips to the archaeological site of Eretria, Delphi and elsewhere. At 800 meters there is a bus stop to Athens The nearest village is within 1 km In 2.5km. there is a supermarket At a distance of 3km. there is a small town with shops and restaurants. Surrounding the villa there are many beaches such as Stomio, Platana, Petries, Korasida, Kalamos, Agios Merkourios, Thapsa, Tsileros and others and most importantly Mourteri (one of the 10 most famous beaches in Greece). The nearest Aegean beach is an 8-10 minute drive. At 15 km is the port of Kimi for Skyros and other Greek islands. At 800 meters is the bus stop for Eretria, Chalkida and Athens. The main airport of Athens is 158km. There are spacious free parking.
