Urban modernity flirts with the elements at this eco-friendly home in Rethymno.  A stately house in its own lush grounds with little luxuries inside and out that every holiday maker wishes for, this is one dream home that guests won't ever want to leave. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. With an outdoor pool, children pool, five seater spa whirlpool, this is a spectacular 1.500m2 villa, that can host up to 7 guests to unwind. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms that allow plenty of space & comfort for all. An additional guest can sleep in a folding bed. Neighbourhood information

Villa Margaret is located close to the village of Aggeliana, 5 minutes away by car, where guests can find a super markets taverna a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Geropotamos are just 5 minutes away from the villa by car. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, just 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children, as it is shallow and well protected from winds with piers, where the boats tie up. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
