MALENA Residence affords comfortable and luxurious town living, isolated in luscious green surroundings with a 360 degree view of greenery and olive trees. MALENA is a fully renovated 2-story building. The RESIDENCE is on the top floor and is perfect for families, couples or just friends traveling together. The RESIDENCE offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious open-space living -room/dining room and kitchen. The bright main main space has comfortable modern furniture, an L-shaped couch and armchairs! The dining area which easily sits 6, sits grandly in the spacious open kitchen. The kitchen itself is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including an espresso machine, a grill and a microwave oven. There are 2 bedrooms at MALENA RESIDENCE: a master bedroom with double-bed, a desk and seat plus a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine - also looking out onto open fields of tranquil countryside. You will also be able to relax outside on 3 balconies with bbq and outdoor dining facilities. Last but least, MALENA RESIDENCE offers sea and mountain views.
