On the outskirts of Chania town, this spacious villa of 126m2 with 2 bedrooms and pool, ideal for up to 4 persons, is settled in a private property with orange groves. Located 20m from the main road that links Chania with the coastal Sougia in the South and with the mountainous Omalos and the gorge of Samaria, is conveniently situated to visit the city center and all the sights of the area, from the beautiful beaches to the picturesque Cretan countryside. Just 11klm and less than 15 minutes drive from downtown, 10 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beaches of the north coast and 5 minutes drive from the recreation Water Park. In the village of Agia, in Episkopi neighborhood, the fully equipped villa offers a practical, comfortable and private accommodation. Grocery and coffee shop just accross the street. The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms with A/C, plenty of storage space and balconies overlooking the orange grove, large dining and living areas, big covered outdoor veranda, flower gardens and exteriors, private pool 35 m2 surrounded by a wide terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, private indoor parking. Towels-linen are included and will be replenished weekly.
Agia is a rural area where the landscape is characterized by the cultivation of citrus and olive trees.The area’s landmark is the Protected Habitat of Agia Lake which is a leisure space perfect for hiking . The popular and quite crowded coastline of Platanias and Agia Marina is easily accessible from the villa, just a ten minute drive. There you may enjoy the organized sandy beach and the Cretan sun. Generally it’s a suitable base for people who want to explore the delights of western Crete. A great place to have exclusive use, privacy and at the same time easy access to all activities. For your best service, a car rental is recommended.
