A cozy , fully renovated, 30 sqm studio in koukaki area, providing with everything you need to live comfortably in everyday life either for short or long term periods. Just 15 minutes walk from the New Acropolis Museum entrance in Plaka, the Acropolis archaeological sites and 10 minutes from metro station Sygroy Fix. It is ideal for up to 3 people. It has 4 areas: a spacious hall, kitchen, bathroom and the main room. There is a spacious closet for your personal belongings. The double bed has quality mattress for a proper night sleep and cotton linen. The triple sofa bed opens into a comfortable bed for 2 children or 1 adult and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. APARTMENT FEATURES Security system (alarm) - smoke detector (alarm) - Fire extinguisher - entry card - automated Water Heater Queen sized bed 160x200 - high quality mattress - cotton linens - extra pillows comfortable triple sofa bed Air condition - wi fi - 43" smart tv Kitchen with the cooking amenities. fridge - oven- frying pans - pots - tupperware - espresso machine - toaster - Homemade jam, cookies.

The studio is located on a quiet street with almost no traffic, perfect for late morning sleep.
