Faros Seaside Villa is a modern villa 250m² in Politika of Evia (15km from Chalkida) right in front of a quiet and spotless beach. Ideal for families as it can comfortably accommodate at least 10 persons. It is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, parking and outdoor bbq. In the center of the village you will find traditional taverns, cafes & facilities for water sports. The area is ideal for daily trips to the beaches of Evia, Chalkida and Athens. The villa consists of 3 levels - Ground floor - Top floor - Basement ★Ground floor (110m² ) The ground floor is elevated for better views and can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. It comprises 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and household utensils, and a large living room. The lounge features a dining area, a fireplace and sofas where an extra person can sleep. ❣Veranda Great all day, it has sofas, a swing and a dining area. Get together for your breakfast, afternoon coffee or evening wine while enjoying the view of the garden and the tranquil Euboean waters in the background. Before your arrival we will send you to your mobile a complete tourist guide.
★ Top floor (50m² ) The top floor is a self-contained 2-person suite with a private entrance and a balcony. It includes a double bedroom, a kitchen with a seating area and a toilet. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the sea from above at any time of the day. -The sofa in the living room becomes a bed and can accommodate two additional persons. ★Basement (80m² ) The basement is a combination of 2 persons apartment and play room. It comprises 1 double bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a French billiards and some musical instruments (an harmonium and a guitar). ★Exterior Decorated with great taste, rich in flowers, sun loungers with umbrellas, and 2 hammocks that will relax you any time of the day. ❣ Barbeque At the back is the space that most visitors love and not unjustly. Outdoor bbq, kitchen, and two large tables for 12 persons, protected from the sun and rain. ★ Beach The beach is 3 meters from the entrance of the villa. It is separated by a small road that leads to a dead end, that's why the area is very quiet far from the crowd. You will be probably the only bathers on the beach. The beach is pebbly, the waters are calm, very clean and cool.
★ Extra benefits completely free of charge Canoe, 2.5m oars boat, 2 mountain bikes, dumbbell aisle and fitness bench, parking space for 3 cars ★Politika is a small traditional village of Evia, 22 km from Chalkida and has a beach. In the village you will find everything you need from basic amenities and accommodation. There are super markets, butchers, fisheries and pharmacy. The beach is highly developed with cafes, taverns and a beach bar with water sports. ★ Distances: -22 km from Chalkis -99 km from Athens -118 km from Athens International Airport -3km from the village My name is Triantafillos and i am 69 years old. I have studied medicine and i live in Chalkis, a city of Evia, where i work as a pulmonologist. I have a wonderful wife and two children. My wife loves attending with the house. She has a great taste and she is the one who has decorated the Villa. I am sure that you will be amazed.
