George and Manos Katikas have studied Economics at the University of Athens. Each summer they welcome people from all over the world to offer them services, uniquely tailored to the needs of each visitor, individually. Born in a place such as Rethymno and having a legacy by them parents of the hospitality offer, we would say that they treat their visitors more as guests. That is why they will often drink coffee with them or they will offer them raki from their village and they will stay till late at night with their guests in the yard talking. They have the greatest satisfaction when they see them at the time of departure returning with a smile to their homeland.
