Our property offers unobstructed view to the most imporant historical monument of Athens, which is the Acropolis. Our guests can enjoy a 360 view of the city from our terrace. It is also in great proximity to all the important sights of historical value in Athens and the exciting nightlife of the city center. The terrace is not private as it is commonly used by the other tenants of the building if they wish to do so, only the terrace furniture under the pergola is private property.
Despina and Makis will be your hosts. We are here to answer all your questions promptly and make your stay in Athens as enjoyable as possible! The area of Metaxourgio, where the property is located is acquiring a reputation as an artistic and fashionable neighbourhood due to the opening of many art galleries, museums, and trendy restaurants and cafes. Metaxourgeio meaning "silk mill", is located north of the historical centre of Athens, between Kolonos to the east and Kerameikos to the west, and north of Gazi. Art galleries Municipal Gallery of Athens (Myllerou 32 & Leonidou, Avdi Square) - Open in this location since October 2010, this 1500 m2 gallery is housed in a renovated 19th-century building by Hans Christian Hansen.
