Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Exceeded my expectations. We arrived late at night at the hotel and were very well received by Nikos who gave all the necessary attention and even with the late check in the hotel offered us a snack. The room was spacious and the cleaning service was good. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning was quiet and the curtains isolated the light well. We are a family with a teenager and a child and we were well accommodated in this family room overlooking the garden. The hotel in general is very good and is more family oriented. The entertainment at night is ok and our kid loved it. The buffet is good and there's variety of food and the drink. The drinks served by the different bars in the hotel are ok and most are included. Parking space is not an issue. The beach is in front of the hotel next to the pool, but it's not that pretty.

When we got to the hotel we received a different room than we booked but when we requested the booked one there was no issue and the personnel was helpful and responded fast to our needs. The facilities are really good and the food is varied. you can find something for every taste. Great entertainment for the children, the e entertainment staff was great, especially Rachel. You can enjoy the sea, the swimming pools, the spa, there is something for everybody.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room, one with shared pool. The hotel grounds are nicely kept. Breakfast and inner buffet has nice variety, sometimes along a specific theme (e.g., Asian). There are two playgrounds, one in the shade.

Cet hôtel mérite vraiment son classement 4 étoiles. Architecture méditerranéenne très réussie, espaces verts et bâtiments bien entretenus, chambres modernes très confortables très bien équipées et agencées. Une très agréable surprise. Nous avons pris la formule all inclusive et là par contre pas de surprise. On est sur du buffet à volonté classique : beaucoup de féculents et d'industriel. Quelques plats aux saveurs plus locales sont assez qualitatifs malgré tout. Les desserts par contre sont décevants. Toujours les mêmes pâtisseries sans saveur et fruits pas murs. On aimerait retrouver au moins les yaourts du petit déjeuner. On apprécie également les différents bars aux cocktails plutots corrects pour du all inclusive. La plage en accès direct est grande et agréable également, même s'il y a bien plus beau en Crète évidemment.
