Asteria & Ilios apartments are located in a small picturesque village called Agios Dimitrios in Messinia. These apartments are conveniently situated. Quiet and yet everything is within walking distance. Built on a rock next to the sea, it is ideal for a peaceful and serene holiday in a green environment. Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony with fabulous views directly on the sea, ideal for relaxation during the wonderful sunset. Right beneath the apartments, in 20 meter distance, there is a big sun/rest area created on the rocks with crystal clear waters. There are stairs and a springboard at the beach. Combined with the colours of the rocks and the seawater it makes you feel like being in a natural pool. At the courtyard there is a playground, a stone oven and a barbecue to try your own traditional Greek recipes.
Asteria & ilios apartments is a family business. The owner George and his wife Stella are waiting to welcome you and offer to you local products like olive oil, wine, sea salt and fresh eggs from our small farm.
The area (Μani, Μessenia) has an abundance of resources that tourists with ecological and cultural interests will find attractive. Crystal clear waters, mountains, rocky landscapes, olive groves, hiking, cave exploring, finding herbs in the mountains, ancient and modern monuments are some of the attractions.
