The house itself is designed to reflect the character of the region and make you feel like a welcomed guest. It was renovated to match the modern needs while keeping the traditional aesthetics and unique regional character intact. It is a traditional two-story Kartvelian house with seven bedrooms, each with separate showers and toilets. The rooms are serviced daily to keep them tidy and clean. Our homestead is a place where a modern person can feel in touch with local tradition and character.

Doberazeni valley, where we will live, lies in a special place - it’s in the Mingrelia region near the Great Caucasus. Surrounded by mountains and the twisty Techuri river stands our homestead. Our village is called Doberazeni, which translates from Mingrelian as “between mountains”. Surrounding terrain creates a unique climate here: it’s not too hot during the summer season, and not too cold during winter - the river always brings clean and fresh air from the mountains. The surrounding natural shepherd trails provide perfect opportunities to take a hike in the mountains or go swimming in the Techuri river.
