Fully renovated in late 2022, The Root House is a top quality Grade II listed thatched cottage. Full of character and charm, the cottage boasts beautiful, exposed beams and even some original cobbled flooring. Combining traditional character with up-to-date modern standards of comfort and convenience. Outside, you’ll find a large patio with seating and garden furniture, plus the added luxuries of a hot tub. There’s also a raised lawn with plenty of space for children to run around on. The property is located under a mile from the centre of Croyde, where you’ll find restaurants, quality pubs and ice cream parlours plus various boutiques and surf shops.
