We are located a 30-minute drive from Ashford International, with high-speed services from London and also Eurostar services. There are services directly from Ashford International to Rye and along the coast to Hastings and Brighton. The property is a 5 minute walk from Rye Station We are also conveniently located for the Eurotunnel at Folkestone and the ferry ports at both Folkestone and Dover. Parking is available on and off street. Both in a garage (small car) and paid street and carparks outside.

There is plenty to do with children in the area. The Rare Breeds Centre – a sweet farm with petting sessions, soft play and outdoor playgrounds – is a ten-minute drive. The Kent & East Sussex Railway operates steam trains from nearby Tenterden. The National Trust jewels of Leeds and Hever Castles. For the Artists there is the Mecca of Dungeness a short drive away and a picturesque view at every turn. For the adventurers the bike trail at Rye reserve offer stunning coastal trails and the opportunity for electric bike rentals. There are also several fabulous beaches, including the famous dunes at Camber Sands and plenty of family-friendly activities in the area, including windsurfing and paddle boarding and boat trips on the river Rother or purpose built lake at Camber.
