This modern 3 bedroom house has everything you need for a home from home stay. Whatever your a professional, contractor, family or leisure guest we can cater for all your requirements. There is a dedicated working area with desk and chair should you require to work from home or check emails. We have fast wifi available for you to sit back enjoy your favourite shows on our fully HD wall mounted smart TV. There is a corner sofa bed situated in the living area which can be used as an extra bed. The shaker style kitchen/diner comprises of all the necessities needed including fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and new coffee machine (coffee pods are provided). The dining table extends to sit 6 people. There is a down stairs WC and hand basin for your convenience. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms and a single room. All with new furniture including beds and mattresses. The Morden recently refurbished bathroom comprises of a bath, shower, WC and sink basin. Outside there are two private parking spaces available on the drive with access through a gate to the rear garden and back door. The key boxes are situated on the right hand side. To the from there is a porch way and a front door for access to the property. Opposite the house is a children’s playing park.

Kibworth Harcourt is a quaint picturesque village situated on the outskirts of the market town, Market Harborough. With its rolling countryside and good access to the A6, A14 and A508 you’ll sure to have a good stay. Foxton locks is just a few miles up the road and Wistow is on your doorstep, both ideal attractions for days out with the family. Leicester city is just 14 miles away, a direct bus route is available. Market Harborough has direct routes to London St Pancras stopping at Leicester also. Kibworth Harcourt is a buzzing village which benefits from many amenities including a coop supermarket, various coffee shops and a fantastic book store, which is definitely worth a visit. There are a selection of eateries and public houses to choose from one of which is the award winning Italian restaurant Bobili’s.
