    A beautiful large space for both my husband and myself to unwind in for a couple of nights. We enjoyed the table tennis, a light for night time use would be beneficial in the room, but Emma said she would sort this.

This immaculate and luxurious ground floor expansive accommodation is light, airy and oozes opulence! Perfect for active family and friends with a love for activities. Secure parking for bikes, within 10 minutes of sea, with direct country walk access for families with dogs and keen walkers! . Open plan kitchen to living area, two bedrooms, 3 beds, wet room, utility area, cloakroom, outstanding relaxing Orangery with garden views, walled garden with dining area, enclosed sports and bike coach house, own drive with ample parking in private grounds of Manor House
I live next door with my husband , Andrew and children. We are extremely happy to help, and I am available to help via text or email. We have extensive local knowledge of the area, and Andrew is a keen off road bike enthusiast, with a specific love for electric off road biking, and happy to guide you if required. We can help offer advise on the subjects of electric biking, cycling, walking, swimming, paddle boarding, and places to eat and drink!
This is a great location for lovers of the sea and countryside. Firstly, we have fabulous beaches within 10 minutes, which are perfect for sea swimming, paddle boarding, diving, or simply splashing in! Our beaches are both sandy and pebbly and safe for children to play on. There are beautiful walks, with lulworth cove, durdle door, chesil beach and South West coastal path being all nearby. You can directly take countryside and dog walks from the accommodation, and biking is particularly popular in this area. There is a local Post Office/ Spar, which sells pretty much everything! and is open long hours. The Black Dog pub in Broadmayne village is highly rated for food, drink, and is dog friendly. There is a local tennis court available to book at our local Spar. The village is very friendly and a great base for exploring Dorset.
