    Such a great location. Easy to access most areas of Birmingham. Communication was fab. House was spotless. Comfy beds. Everything needed was there i.e. towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. Very useful.

    Stayed here as a group for a convention at the NEC, which is is perfectly located for. Really comfortable stay. Quiet area and enough space to park two vehicles at the property with spillover nearby if you need it. No issues whatsoever.
