With so much to do and explore in beautiful surroundings we are sure you will love the area too. Spinnaker Cottage is exceptionally well located to explore the area. Located on a quiet road just moments from Lymington High Street where you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants, pubs and bars with plenty of independent shops and a wonderful Saturday market. A short walk down the High Street and cobbled streets leads to the beautiful quay and water front. Lymington is famous for its sailing and has two sailing clubs and marinas. The New Forest is only a couple of minutes drive away or by train one stop to Brockenhurst. 150sq miles of woodland and heathland to explore with the famous New Forest ponies, donkeys, deer and pigs all roaming free. Popular villages to explore include; Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Burley and Beaulieu. Many visitors walk and cycle in the forest - cycle hire is available in the villages. The local coast line also boasts lovely beaches including Milford beach with views to the IOW and Avon beach a stunning sand beach many families enjoy. From Lymington you can also get a ferry to Yarmouth IOW adding to the long list of things to do in the area.
