Modern ground floor apartment with all the mod cons located a short distance to the seafront and the amenities of Cleethorpes town centre. Two double bedrooms with one en-suite. Fully secure parking and key-code shared entrance. Free wi-fi, washing machine and dryer This is strictly a non smoking property, this includes all communcal areas.
I have been hosting guests for the last two years and have been lucky enough to have some great people stay over this period. You can see from the reviews that most guests have had a great time. As always, one or two guests have, however, fallen foul of the houses rules. I promised the other apartment owners that I would re-stress our property rules. This property is strictly non-smoking as is the whole building. Also, I ask that guests respect the fact other people occupy the building and behave accordingly. Enjoy your stay. All the Best Steve
