THE SPACE Downstairs Living area/lounge: Unwind in the comfortable lounge area, featuring three sofas that are perfect for cosy nights in. Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the wall-mounted TV. Dining area: Gather around the extendable dinner table in the relaxed dining area. From here, you can admire the lovely views of the garden. You’ll also find a welcome book, conveniently placed to provide you with all the information you need for your stay. Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is designed for socializing. It is equipped with an American-style fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker with hob and extractor fan, and a range of cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a coffee-machine ( dolce gusto Krups) , a thermostat, smoke detector, iron, and a small dining area ideal for relaxed breakfasts. The back door leads directly to the garden, allowing for easy access. Downstairs toilet: The bathroom under the stairs is fitted with a toilet and sink, providing convenience on the ground floor. Gaming room: For some kid friendly space. They can enjoy an old fashioned board game provided , read or draw or Enjoy a game on the console and relax on the comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs Double room 1: Rest and recharge in the spacious double room, complete with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and a convenient hairdryer. The room offers lovely views overlooking the leafy courtyard area. It can accommodate up to 2 guests.
