Located in a residential area in Colwyn Bay. Perfect for couples, families with children, and groups of friends. The house is the perfect place to relax with a TV in the living room and wireless internet access included. Please feel free to bring your Fire Stick to watch Netflix etc :) There is on-street parking available on the road outside the property. There are 2 sofas in the living room. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, along with a sofa bed in the living room meaning the house can comfortably sleep up to 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a comfy king-size bed with a partial sea view, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a triple bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top, top bunk maximum weight limit of 100kg for safety) which is perfect for travelling with friends, or families with children. There is also a dressing table desk and chair. The living room contains 2 sofas, with one converting into a sofa-bed on request, along with the TV too. We also have a travel cot, plastic cutlery/crockery and a high chair which you are welcome to use, just let us know and we will have them ready for you. (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). The bathroom, which is located upstairs, contains an over-bath shower and there is a separate toilet room, also upstairs. Please note there are no downstairs toilet or bathroom facilities. Bed linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The house is centrally heated via an easy-to-use remote control, so you can always be sure of a warm, cosy stay! The well equipped kitchen has a cooker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. It also boasts a washing
