Situated on one of Leamington’s most desirable tree-lined avenues, the property is just a 3-minute walk to the top of the main shopping street, the Parade. We look forward to welcoming you to stay in our beautiful apartment - this is an authentic piece of Leamington Spa history for you to enjoy; a blend of traditional 19th century features and modern home comforts.
Ideally located close to Leamington Spa town centre, station and parks. Warwick is just a 5-10 minute drive, Stratford-upon-Avon is 20 minutes away, Coventry is 15 minutes away, and Birmingham International is just 25 minutes by train or car. The property is located just 10 minutes from the M40 Motorway at Junction 14. Jaguar Land Rover sites at Whitley and Gaydon are just 20 minutes away by car, and Warwick University is just 15 minutes away by car (a particularly easy drive which avoids town centre traffic).
