There is 1 single room available (with TV and private door lock), no desk space. The host also lives at the property with his son and the bathroom is shared (electric shower/bath with guest towels). A limited continental breakfast is available at the specified times. Strictly no laundry facilities, no smoking, no business meetings, no loud music, no parties and no visitors other than booked guests. Use of the lounge is at the host's discretion (however guests may freely transit through the lounge to get to the kitchen). Host has 1 friendly dog at the property (who may bark on arrival) so guests MUST be comfortable with dogs (however, the dog will not be allowed in the guest area upstairs, but will be free roaming downstairs and in the garden).
