Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Access to the full home is available, with two double beds, mains pressure rain shower. The living room is furnished with wood stove, TV and Internet. While the kitchen is fully equipped, with American fridge, induction cooking, oven and breakfast bar. Rear court yard that's secure for pets and front garden with decking. Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars. The area is quiet with walks and lovely views and countryside
As an engineer on aircraft, I try to travel with work as much as possible. Leaving my home empty, so instead of coming back once or twice a month I have listed it here to share with other people. I hope you enjoy any stays you have in my home.
The area is set around woods, a river and small villages. while semi rural we have great access and links for Newcastle, Durham and the Dales. This includes a good bus link between Newcastle/Gateshead and Consett only 1min walk from the front door. If you wish to walk there are a number of nice areas locally, with the derwent walk being a perfect starter to view the whole valley.
