It’s an exclusive gated development in the Grimsby conservation area just 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Your apartment is number 10, the penthouse, located on the second floor of the mansion. It can be accessed via a staircase or the lift. With 2 double bedrooms, solid wood floors throughout and a huge 50 square metre living kitchen area, this is a great environment for either a short break or longer stay. Perfect for those who need a dedicated work space, we have a solid oak desk with comfortable chair, desk lamp and WiFi enabled printer. Relax on the large italian leather corner sofa and enjoy a film from Netflix or Disney+ on the 55" smart Ultra HD TV. The kitchen contains everything needed for cooking up a storm! Oven, hobs, grill and microwave are all present. For coffee lovers there's a Nespresso machine. Meals can be served at the solid oak Barker & Stonehouse dining table or more informally at the breakfast bar. A large fridge freezer easily swallows a weeks worth of food and cleaning up is a breeze with the integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer for clothes. The sash windows flood the room with light and dimmable ceiling spotlights set the mood in the evening. The bathroom is fitted with Grohe shower and taps and has plenty of storage for your toiletries. Please note that there is reduced head height near the toilet so you may need to rise from the seat carefully! The main bedroom boasts a king size bed and plenty of storage. The skylight is fitted with a blackout blind to ensure a good nights rest. The second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage too. One parking space in front of the house is allocated to guests, with further free parking outside the gates on the street.
