Boasting stunning views of Liverpool's iconic waterfront, the apartment is in an ideal location for both leisure and business travellers, right in the heart of the city centre. Liverpool ONE shopping district and the business district are both just a few minutes' walk away. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. This apartment is on the 10th floor of this building, and while the building does have a lift please note that the building management is in charge of its maintenance. We are unable to guarantee that the lift will always be in working order and may not be available for use during your stay.
