The area was also the location for the sailing events at the 2012 Olympics. For the walkers among you Portland offers miles and miles of coastal walks along with inland countryside walks. Make sure you take in the stunning Jurassic Coast, which runs from Poole Harbour down to Lyme Regis. Lulworth Cover and Durdle Door are not to be missed.
