Managed by a professional property management company the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with all the furnishings fixtures for a stay away from home. A converted warehouse which has beautiful high ceilings creating a bright, open and airy space to wind down after a long day. The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine. The living/ dining space has a comfortable sofa, 50" Smart TV and 2-seater dining table. The bedroom features a king sized bed, desk/ dressing table, storage space and TV The modern bathroom has full sized shower, towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The TV is a Smart TV supporting all streaming services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi for internet access. Free Parking is provided at the property which gives you the freedom to explore the city. ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
