Property information

Entering the property from the front driveway, there is an entrance hall leading to two large reception rooms, a study, guest washroom and a magnificent kitchen/dining room. Large bi-fold doors lead out onto the patio area with rattan furniture and the garden, with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an emperor bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Guest bedroom 1 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 also has a double bed and access to the family bathroom. Guest bedroom 3 has a single bed and access to the family bathroom. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. A semi-rural location with ready access to local amenities, shops and restaurants, the house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the much sought-after Warren area of Crowborough. The house has direct access from the back garden gate into the Ashdown Forest, which is the original birthplace of Winnie-the-Pooh and King Henry VIII's hunting ground. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 15 minute drive where there are a wider range of amenities, shops and restaurants. The south coast of England (Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton) is easily accessible by car in 45-60 minutes. The nearest airport is London Gatwick, which is a 45 minute journey by car; London Heathrow is accessible in 75-90 minutes. Getting around A car is advisable to access Crowborough, Royal Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
